Embrace The Awkwardness & Take The LEAP

Author Bryan Tracy wrote a piece on the subconscious mind and the experience of breakthrough. He reports that all of our habits of thoughts and behaviors are stored in our subconscious mind. In fact, according to Mr. Tracy the subconscious mind has memorized all of our comfort zones and works to keep us safe and secure within those borders.

Think About it: Have you ever experienced the thought of doing something different from what you’re accustomed to and immediately anxiety sets in? Thoughts of fear and doubt are so thick in the atmosphere that you finally just turn around and retreat to familiar borders? Well there you go, you’ve experienced the pull of your subconscious mind, dictating your breakthrough, insisting that your move forward, poses some sort of threat to you. Hear my voice of encouragement whisper in your ear (today) It is time to break free from the hold of your subconscious mind. Years of fortified borders and limited thinking has kept you from becoming your SUPERIOR SELF.

Superior men and women are always stretching themselves, pushing themselves out of their comfort zones. They are very much aware of how quickly the comfort zone ( in any area of life) becomes a rut. Superior men and women know that complacency is the great enemy of creativity and manifested visions. What is one thing that has you stuck in the comfort zone? Write that one thing down and make one (specific) conscious decision as to how you can push toward breaking free. That’s an action item for you…..Do it! Embrace the Awkwardness and Take the LEAP – Happy Thursday
